1) The USB C port of your laptop must support the video transmission function (DisplayPort Alternate Mode), in order to use this docking station to convert video images.
2) Please make sure your HDMI cable works well.
Why can't my device get 4K@60hz from the HDMI slot?
Not all laptops support 4K@60Hz, so you need to confirm whether your host device has a DP 1.4 port. You can reference the compatible devices above that Devices UGREEN has tested.
What can I do if I can't get the ethernet port to work?
1) Please install the driver first.
2) For Mac devices, add this adapter to the Network setting page. Go to "System Preferences"-->"Network"-->Select the network card with the corresponding name (AX88179USB3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet)---> "Create"
Why can't my device use the PD interface?
1) The USB-C interface of the device must support PD charging function.
2) In order to avoid the identification problem of the PD protocol, we suggest using the original charger of the notebook to charge.
Why does the 30W ROG Ally Turbo Mode cannot be triggered?
It is suggestd to connect a 87W or above PD charger to trigger the 30W turbo mode.
