      Not all USB-C cellphone/laptop/tablet is compatible with the cable. The HDMI to USB C cable requires your USB-C host device must support DP Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3/4, otherwise, it will NOT work.

    • The USB C to HDMI cable disconnects frequently?

      1. Keep the cable connected stable and tighten. Don’t move the cable, laptop or monitor during using.

      2. Please take off your cellphone case and try again.

    • The USB-C laptop supports DP Alt Mode but the item still doesn’t work？

      1. Please make sure that you have chosen the correct HDMI input source.

      2. Please set the laptop’s resolution as 1080P or lower.

    • Is this USB C to HDMI cable bi-directional?

      No, the USB C to HDMI cable is Unidirectional. It only transfers signal from USB C laptop to HDMI monitor. Reverse use is not supported.
