Why is the hub's USB A port not working?
It may be caused by insufficient power, In this case, please try to connect the Type-C port for power supply first. NOTE: The USB C external power supply provides Max 5V 2.4A power.
Why can’t I charge my laptop up to 100W through this hub?
Output (charging) power will be limited to 85W for safety, which can prevent overload, short circuit and overheating.
