Why our cable can carry a maximum of 600W power?

Our cable uses High Conductivity Copper Terminals, which can carry current up to 10-12A. 16AWG copper wire can also carry 12A current. Theoretically, there are 3 power supply circuits within an 8pin. 10A*12V*3=360W, that means, a single 8pin can carry a maximum of 360W power. The amount of power output depends on the capacity of the power supply. In theory, a single 8pin port of the power supply can output about 300W.

Will it affect using when the cable has one empty pin?

No, it is not affect using because the one empty is connected to the GND wire with the function of overcurrent protection.
